Mayfair Cleaners and its parent company, Kasperbauer Cleaners both proudly use Union SYSTEM K4 drycleaning machines that utilize SOLVON K4, a halogen-free and biodegradable dry cleaning solvent. Through the use of this equipment and solvent, Mayfair Cleaners is able to offer an earth-friendly alternative to outdated and harsh dry cleaning practices.

In an effort to minimize environmental impact and overall costs, we always accept recycled hangers, bags, and pins. We have also recently switched to a smaller more efficient delivery vehicle. Mayfair Cleaners is constantly looking for ways to improve processes while reducing waste.
Laundry Starching
Mayfair uses an organic, plant-based liquid starch added to each load upon the customer’s request, at no additional cost.
Disclaimer: liquid starches works best on natural fabrics such as cotton, but some fabrics like polyester or other synthetic fabrics, have a hard time absorbing the starch during the wash cycle when its added.
